Our Registered Nurse Visa Sponsorship Program is designed to prepare foreign-educated registered nurses for a successful professional journey in the United States.

Registered Nurses are healthcare professionals equipped and licensed to work in a wide range of nursing roles in the US Healthcare System.

Eligibility

Criteria You Must Meet For This Program

Candidate must have a Diploma, Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Nursing & Midwifery from an accredited national program or institution.

Qualified Nurses must have the necessary credentials and licensing to work as a Registered Nurse in the U.S.A.

Educational Qualifications:
  • A diploma, associates degree or bachelor’s degree in any nursing program  from an accredited institution.
  • Proof of licensing as a Registered Nurse in your home country
Professional Certification:
  • Must pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN)
State Licensure:
  • Willingness and ability to obtain state licensure, if not already licensed, in the state where employment is offered
Cultural Adaptability:
  • A commitment to adapting to the culture and work environment in the United States
Professional Development:
  • A dedication to continuous professional development and a strong work ethic

Up-To-Date Documents Needed To Participate

Academic Qualifications:
  • Copies of all relevant educational transcripts and diplomas, including an associates degree or a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Professional Certifications:
  • Proof of your National Nursing Council license from your home country
Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume:
  • A comprehensive CV or resume detailing your professional experience, qualifications, and achievements
Passport and Visa Documents:
  • A valid passport for entry into the United States along with the appropriate Immigration status for working in the U.S.A.
Professional References:
  • Letters of recommendation or contact information for professional references who can vouch for your qualifications and work ethic
Health Records:
  • Recent health records and immunization documentation, including any required vaccinations
Background Check:
  • A background check report, certifying your eligibility to work in a healthcare setting in the United States
Passport-Sized Photographs:
  • Passport-sized photographs, as required for visa applications and identification

Other Available Programs

Full-Time Post Secondary Students

This program is for full-time students in good standing at a post-secondary academic institution outside of the U.S. to access Summer or other short-term employment in the U.S.

Culinary Arts, Tourism, Hospitality or Events Related Students

The J-1 Visa is part of the Bridge USA Program that allows foreign students to bridge the gap between formal education and practical work experience via on the job training in the U.S.

Medical Technologist Students & Professionals

For persons interested in a career as a U.S. Medical Laboratory Scientist. Must have a degree in Chemical, Biological, Medical Technology or Laboratory Science
